What the service is

Provely reviews prompts. Prompt Check reads a prompt's likely intent back to you, runs it across three models (Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's GPT, and Google's Gemini), and marks the prompt up with what it observed. It labels anything it has not demonstrated as a suspicion or inference.

A review aid, not a guarantee

This is a review aid. It is not a guarantee. Prompt Check reports what specific runs on our models did. Results are not a promise about future behaviour or another model. Do not treat the output as professional advice or as a warranty of any outcome. You remain responsible for how you use submitted content and results.

Accounts

You can run one check without an account. To create an account you must be at least 16 years old. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are shared with provely.dev, our Skill Check tool: the same sign-in works on both sites, and deleting your account removes it from both. You can delete your account from your profile; the one case that holds this up is being a team's last admin, described under Teams below. We may suspend or remove an account where use appears abusive or unlawful.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for prompts you have the right to submit, and only within the law. You agree not to:

• submit other people's personal or confidential data without a lawful basis;
• use the service to build, refine, or test content intended to harm, deceive, defraud, or harass;
• attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the service, its limits, or its bot checks;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the service, its pages, or shared results by any automated means;
• resell or rebrand the service, or pass it off as your own.

We may apply rate limits, decline requests, or withdraw access where use appears abusive or unlawful.

Your content and results

You own the prompts you submit and the results the service produces for you. You must have the right to submit that material. We do not claim ownership of it. We process it as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not sell submitted content, and we do not use it to train our own models.

Sharing a result is always an explicit choice you make. A shared page is public: anyone with the link can read it. You are responsible for making sure a prompt you share is one you are free to make public.

Importing a file into a brief

A brief is the context you write about your work, so a check does not have to be told the same things every time. You can hand a text file to one instead of typing it out. Provely accepts .txt, .md and .csv files up to 200 KB. The text is sent to an AI model, which reads it and suggests lines of lasting context, and those lines are put in front of you as an editable list. Nothing is added to any brief until you have read the suggestions, changed them if you want to, and pressed the button; if you close the page instead, nothing is kept.

The import costs you nothing and draws on no allowance you pay for, but it is limited to twenty files a day per person, because each one costs us something. Where the lines land follows the ordinary rules for the brief you aim them at: an import aimed at a team's company brief lands directly if you are an admin and becomes a proposal for an admin to decide if you are a member, exactly like any other addition to that document. The Privacy Notice says what happens to the file itself.

Paid plans

The Free tier remains available with daily allowances that reset at midnight UTC. It never requires a card.

Individual paid plans are available from the Pricing page:

• Pro costs $19 per month, or $204 per year (which works out at $17 per month). It includes 200 tests per month, of which up to 40 may be full three-model runs using Claude, GPT, and Gemini at once.
• Max costs $39 per month, or $420 per year (which works out at $35 per month). It includes 400 tests per month, of which up to 80 may be full three-model runs.

A test is one prompt actually run and judged. On Pro and Max, running a rewrite of a prompt is itself a test, because the rewritten prompt is run and judged in the same way, and a rewrite run across all three models counts against the three-model figure as well; writing the rewrite is not a test on any plan. On the Free tier a rewrite run stays inside the daily allowance of the check it belongs to. A run that errors and returns nothing is not counted.

Paid-plan quotas are counted over the billing month, not the calendar month, and refill when the billing period renews. Prices are in USD. Taxes are added where they apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Provely never sees or stores your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your profile's Plan tab or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges, but your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund past charges.

You can switch between Pro and Max. Stripe prorates a mid-period change and charges or credits the difference.

If you want a refund, request one from the Plan tab within 14 days of the charge. Each request is reviewed personally by our team; approval or refusal is not automatic. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a Pro or Max purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. The service starts as soon as you pay. When you buy, you ask us to start it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has begun. To withdraw, write to unfussylabs@gmail.com within the 14 days.

The Team plan can be bought from the site. A team can also start with a 14-day pilot that needs no card. Nothing is charged during the pilot. If no card has been added by the time it ends, the pilot ends and nothing is charged.

Teams

This is how a team works, whether it is paid or on a pilot. A team has one person as its first admin. Seats are held in advance, at least three of them, and up to twenty-five without talking to us. Above twenty-five, write to us instead. You can belong to one team at a time.

Seats buy one shared monthly allowance rather than a meter each. What the team's seats add up to sits in a single pot, any member's tests draw from it, and it does not carry over into the next month.

An admin runs the team. Admins invite people by email, make other members admins, remove members, change the number of seats, switch between monthly and yearly billing, write the company brief and decide the proposals made to it, and export the team's record of what it has proved. Members do not have those powers. An admin may remove themselves while another admin remains; the last admin cannot be removed or demoted, and a member who wants to leave asks an admin to remove them.

Being a team's last admin holds up deleting your Provely account. While other members are still in the team, or while the plan is still live or a payment is still in flight, the deletion is refused and says why. Hand the team to another admin, or let the plan run out and settle the team first, and the deletion goes through.

A team keeps two kinds of shared brief, and they are not written the same way. The company brief is one document for the whole team, and only an admin writes it directly. A member proposes instead: they send a batch of lines, with a note to the admins if they want one, and an admin approves or declines it. Approving puts the proposed words into the company brief credited to the person who proposed them, and records the admin who made it live as the person who saved that version. Declining stores the decision and changes the document not at all. We hold each person to ten proposals waiting at a time.

Project briefs are the smaller named documents a team keeps for the things it works on, up to twelve of them. Any member creates one, edits it, puts it back to an earlier save, or deletes it, with no approval needed. Every save carries the name of whoever made it, and every line is marked with the name of whoever added the text that is there now. Deleting a project brief deletes its text, its history and those credits for everyone in the team.

Anything you put in a team space is your team's to read. Prompts you save to the team, lines that end up in either of the team's briefs, and a personal brief you choose to share are visible to every member of that team, credited to you by name. Who can undo each of those differs, and it is worth knowing which is which: a prompt can be taken back out by you or by any admin; a line in a project brief can be edited or removed by any member, because that document is the team's and not one person's; a line in the company brief can be edited or removed only by an admin, and a member who wants one changed proposes the change; a personal brief you shared can only be unshared by you. The Privacy Notice says what your colleagues see, and what stays behind when you go.

The team space tells its people what has happened in it. Admins are told when a member makes a proposal and when another admin changes the number of seats, though not when a reduction scheduled earlier simply arrives at the next invoice, whoever made a proposal is told when it is approved or declined, and every member is told when the company brief changes, whichever way it changed. These notices appear in the team space itself: we do not email them. They are best effort, so a notice that could not be written never holds up the change it was about, and only the newest hundred are kept for each person.

If payment fails but the subscription is still running, the only thing that stops is sending new invitations. If payment stops for good, the team becomes read-only. Everything it has proved stays readable and exportable, members can still take their own prompts back out and stop sharing their own briefs, and nothing is deleted. What stops until an admin restarts the plan: new tests, new saves to the team, writes to the company brief, new proposals to it and decisions on the ones already waiting, creating, writing to or deleting a project brief, newly sharing a personal brief with the team, new invitations, role changes and member removals. Be aware that this reaches a member's own testing as well, including tests a member would otherwise run on their own free allowance.

A team is closed when its last remaining admin, alone in the team and on a plan that has already lapsed to read-only, deletes their Provely account. Closing deletes the team, its company brief, its project briefs, the proposals made to it, the notices it sent its people, and its record of who was in it. Each prompt in the team space goes back to the person who shared it, as long as that person still has a Provely account, and that includes people who were removed from the team earlier; a prompt whose sharer has already deleted their account is deleted with the team, because there is no history left to return it to. There is no other way to close a team, and it cannot be undone.

The service as provided

We offer the service as it is and as it is available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Features described as coming may change or may not ship. Daily limits, capacity, and pricing may change, but not for anyone already paying: we will not change the price on anyone once they are paying it, so the price you subscribed at stays your price for as long as that subscription runs.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Unfussy Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any decision you make based on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
